2011 Eric Forest l’Ame Forest Pouilly-Fuisse

A complex, creamy and smooth Chardonnay that features beautiful aromas of apple sauce and pear preserves.  Works into more buttery and vanilla flavours on the palate followed by apples and pear notes.  Very nice!  Drink through 2016 with soft creamy cheeses or buttery lobster.
