Another fuller bodied, meaty rose offering from Tavel.  Tickles the nostrils with boozy aromas of honey and citrus and opens up for an unexpected mouthful of strawberries, flowers and lemon.  Finishes long.  A must for those looking for more bite from a rosé. A Mike’s Must Have! Drink tonight with chicken salad or BBQ chicken.
