2012 Union Squared Red

A delicious combination of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Gamay Noir & Syrah.  An unusual melange but one where we can see each individual varietals influence represented in the end result.  Beautiful flavours of smoke, hickory and pepper mingle with sharp red fruit flavours such as cherry and raspberry making the palate very worthwhile.  A unique gem from Niagara, with sharp tannins and great balance.  Drink tonight with all-dressed lamb burgers or spicy beef stir fry.
