2010 St. Supery Rutherford Merlot

Almost black in colour, with pronounced aromas of sweet black plums, blackcurrant, cigar box and vanilla.  Dense fruit is packed in in layers upon layers.  Very full, with very well integrated tannins and a firm acidity.  Lots of fruit on the palate and a nice long finish.  A fantastic Merlot.
