2012 Creekside Laura’s White

A light, crisp little blend featuring Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewürztraminer.  You can really pull elements from each varietal here, which makes it work quite well.  A delightful acidity with flavours of lemon, flowers, peach and candied apple.  A swamp mix of a wine, but quite enjoyable! Drink now with oysters Rockefeller or spicy shrimp stir fry.
