Using grapes sources from both Prince Edward County and Niagara, this vibrant little Riesling sports a frantic acidity, a touch of sweetness and a long tart finish. Flavours of grapefruit rind, apple and rubber eraser dominate the palate, but the focus is definitely on the acidity. Drink tonight with pad Thai or Chinese.
