Clean and smooth, this creamy Chardonnay offering has simple and elegant flavours of buttery toast, popcorn, Macintosh apples with a slight autolytic character that is quite pleasant. The palate features more of the same while also introducing a slight barnyard character which suggests it would best be consumed this year. Great balance with a long, smooth finish. A well executed Chard. Drink with wild rice dishes or sesame cashew chicken.
