2013 Malivoire Musque Spritz

Very pale straw colour with hazy, delicate bubbles. Loads of Bartlett pear assault the nose as a bit of sweet green apple approaches as well.  Light, crisp with a lovely spritzy pear finish, this is the definition of an aperitif in my books. Drink tonight, chilled, on the patio with friends and with light hors d’oeuvres. A Mike’s Must Have!
