2012 Chakana Estate Selection Malbec

Sporting dense legs and a bold, ruby color, this wine starts with the beautiful nose, featuring an assortment of black fruits like cassis and blackberry.  Further on the palate, spicy notes alongside smoke and anise become apparent.  Great balance featuring firm tannins and solid acidity, this wine could easily drink for another 8 years.  Drink with sirloin steaks or a hearty roast beef.
