Right off the bat, as I poured this beer, I caught powerful aromas of malt and pithy white grapefruit. Some autolytic, yeasty aromas are present as well along with more subdued lemon notes. The beer is relatively full, and very crisp and characterized by strong, dry grapefruit rind flavours. Not as bitter as many IPAs our there but its just as flavourful. A killer label but an average beer. Drink with spicy burgers or salads with a citrus vinaigrette. <\/p>\n
