2012 Forrest Estate The Doctors’ Sauvignon Blanc

A lighter take on the traditionally light Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.  With only 9.5% abv, this wine still manages to pack a punch! Refreshing lemon lime flavours mingle with concentrated grassy and straw notes which results in a crisp little wine.  Drink tonight as a pre-dinner wine or enjoy with mixed green salads.
