2009 Borsao Berola

A full bodied, mature blend consisting of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Aromas of concentrated black cherry jam and vanilla are joined by cassis, spice and slight earthy tones on the palate.  Smooth and silky with a powerful, long, tart cherry finish and rich tannins.  Very robust.  Drink tonight, or enjoy over the next few years with beef stew or tortiere.
