2010 Casale dello Sparviero Chianti Classico Riserva

A spicy, smoky Chianti featuring lots of red fruit, tons of cherries and some pepper. Cherry jam on the palate with fierce tannins and a sharp, long finish. I would save this beauty for 3-4 more years before cracking it with a nice steak or herb crusted pork chops.
