An unusual wine coming out of Italy, this light bodied white from Friuli features a relatively complex bouquet, offering up notes of vanilla, violets and some citrus. A little thin and oily on the palate with a short finish make this wine unsuitable for any meal with substance. Drink tonight with mixed greens or light salads.
