2011 Joseph Cattin Grand Cru Pinot Gris

Tried an absolute beauty of a white wine.  The 2011 Joseph Cattin Hatschbourg Pinot Gris Grand Cru. Full bodied, smooth with a touch of residual sugar make this the perfect wine to go with some spicy Pad Thai or Mexican food.  Look for dollups of melon, peach and citrus with a slightly sweet, almost candied finish.
